What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the ERP programme across all business and IT workstreams as the single point of accountability.
• Define and enforce programme governance, delivery methodology, and reporting structures.
• Oversee business process design, controls, and operating model changes in Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
• Coordinate with the ERP Solution Lead to ensure technical activities and integrations align with business needs.
• Manage system integrators and ERP vendors, holding them accountable for commercial and delivery realities.
• Plan and execute integrated testing strategies, cutover, and go-live activities through to stabilisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP programmes across both business and IT workstreams.
• Hands-on experience delivering ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Oracle NetSuite.
• Demonstrated ability to run complex, cross-functional programmes with single-point accountability.
• Track record of holding business stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors to account.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate credibly at senior levels.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering ERP in manufacturing, engineering, or product-led environments.
• Experience operating in scale-up environments where structure must be created.
• Background in programmes involving significant business process change.
