What you will do

• Build and enhance cross-functional financial models and reporting processes for forecasts, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
• Audit financial-system data, design controls, investigate anomalies, and improve the integrity of reported metrics.
• Support EPM upgrades, ERP integrations, configuration rollouts, and the full system development lifecycle.
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, configuration requirements, and process guides.
• Oversee financial-systems projects, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, testing, and change management.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders on system and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
• EPM consulting or implementation experience.
• Experience in a high-tech, rapid-growth, or publicly traded SaaS company.
• Experience with AI tools and AI integration in budgeting and forecasting.
