What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA and other strategic enterprise transformation programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and CPOG leadership to drive organizational alignment.
• Establish governance, integrated planning, and risk management frameworks for large-scale initiatives.
• Manage substantial budgets, resources, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of program and project managers.
• Orchestrate a multivendor ecosystem, managing primary systems integrators and specialized partners.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical program management or IT leadership.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformations with budgets >$50M and teams of 100+.
• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, specifically with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Experience managing Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes in a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
• Proven track record of influencing C-suite and executive-level stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Santa Clara, California.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile.
• Organizational change management experience (Prosci, ADKAR).
• Prior leadership experience within a Fortune 500 company.
