What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise products in collaboration with the CPO.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with investment banks, hedge funds, and family offices.
• Drive the adoption of Liquid and Lightning platforms within the financial ecosystem.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and sales professionals.
• Oversee the delivery and implementation of custom enterprise solutions.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at major industry events and forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking or structured finance, focusing on asset-backed securities.
• Deep expertise in IT applications used for the creation and distribution of financial products.
• Strong working knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and Bitcoin Layer-2 solutions.
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise-focused products in fintech or blockchain industries.
• Experience building and managing distributed multinational sales organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
