What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for core protocol, enterprise, DeFi, or developer experience.
• Translate user and partner pain points into a compelling vision and actionable technical requirements.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate discovery by generating prototypes, mockups, and working demos.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality products with urgency and measure post-launch impact.
• Balance immediate network requirements with long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping software products end-to-end.
• Proven track record of using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, v0) to build working prototypes.
• Ability to translate user needs into both long-term vision and near-term technical specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with technical products and ambiguity, operating from first principles.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain, crypto, or fintech products.
• Experience with developer-facing products like APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.
• Experience in payments, DeFi, or B2B platforms.
• Ability to code or prototype independently.
• Knowledge of the Stellar network and Soroban smart contracts.
