Salary: $150,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Design and deploy automation-driven systems to support structured product workflows and diligence efforts.
• Identify and replace manual repetitive tasks in deal evaluation, due diligence, and compliance with scalable automation.
• Own cross-functional service delivery infrastructure across GTM tools such as HubSpot and Omni.
• Rapidly implement and iterate on scoped MVPs to achieve operational excellence.
• Champion the use of AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate internal processes and customer-facing systems.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure business alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Deep fluency in business execution and the operations of investment banking teams.
• Track record of identifying and implementing innovative service delivery solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scrappy startup environments.
• Strong ability to break down ambiguous challenges and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
• Creative mindset toward utilizing AI tools for system design and internal automation.
