What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert on processors and processing for commercial payments.
• Deliver the processor strategy by aligning the product roadmap with processing environment dependencies.
• Map the processor landscape, assessing partner capabilities, readiness, and geographical footprints.
• Collaborate with account executives to develop joint roadmaps enabling client success.
• Support Global Product with feature prioritization to optimize the processor distribution channel.
• Advise sales teams and clients on processor environment considerations and integration best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Deep expertise in the payments ecosystem, specifically B2B payments, virtual cards, and tokenization.
• Hands-on experience with issuer or acquirer processing platforms and providers.
• Proven track record of working with global and regional payments processors.
• Experience leading complex initiatives within a matrixed, distributed global organization.
• Must be based in the US.
