Salary: $170,000 - $245,000

What you will do

• Establish the core operating model, including planning cycles, product reviews, and execution tracking.
• Own and evolve the PM tool stack and roadmaps in close partnership with Engineering.
• Identify and implement AI and agentic workflows to materially change and accelerate how product work gets done.
• Build structured feedback loops to synthesize signal from the ecosystem into roadmap inputs.
• Develop systems for capturing and sharing high-quality product work, such as PRDs, to raise the organization's bar.
• Manage PM onboarding and partner with leadership to reinforce a high-performing product culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar roles in product-led organizations.
• Proven track record of standing up or scaling a product operating model from scratch.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design models that scale without adding bureaucracy.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and a perspective on agentic workflows.
• Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founding or first product-ops hire.
• Background in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or developer-platform companies.
• Prior technical experience or deep curiosity to build technical fluency.
• Experience building agentic workflows to support product or engineering processes.
