Senior Product Manager (Blockchain)

Location: New York City; remote work is available from New York or from the NYC headquarters

Base salary: $154,000–$203,000 per year, plus potential target bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive collateral management product development from conception through launch.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize margin, collateral, and settlement workflow initiatives.
• Define product requirements, specifications, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Balance user needs with regulatory compliance, risk management, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, legal, and data teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, analyze product performance, and maintain competitive research.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Direct experience with collateral management is required.
• Experience managing technical software products from kickoff through shipment and iteration.
• Comprehensive understanding of crypto custody and wallet management.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.
