What you will do

• Run the in-house helpdesk and provide hands-on IT support to employees across geographies.
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, including device provisioning, access management, hardware recovery, and data handling.
• Coordinate international remote onboarding, device shipping, provisioning, and equipment security across borders.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems for conference rooms, all-hands meetings, and events.
• Lead the IT buildout of the new office space, including networking, AV, and access control.
• Support network, endpoint security, patching, compliance, and MDM operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong AV experience, including conference room builds, all-hands setups, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Intune and identity tools such as Okta or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with networking devices, firewall configuration, and VPN management.
• Experience coordinating global device logistics and remote provisioning.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City in a fast-paced environment.
