What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles across hirify.global robotics, embedded systems, electronics, and AI/ML.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract niche talent in the physical AI and robotics ecosystem.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Continuously optimize interview processes, technical assessments, and decision-making frameworks.
• Utilize AI tools, automation, and ATS systems to increase sourcing efficiency and reach.
• Track hiring funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks to implement data-driven process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical recruiting for complex engineering roles involving both hardware and software.
• Deep expertise and an established network within the hirify.global robotics and physical AI ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, embedded systems, AI/ML, and autonomy.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site daily in London, UK.
• Strong adoption of AI tools and innovative sourcing automation strategies.
