What you will do

• Build and own proactive pipelines of ex-front-office finance professionals across banking, private equity, hedge funds, trading, and corporate finance.
• Partner with the cofounder and business leaders on role design, talent profiles, hiring priorities, and market mapping.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies, talent segmentation frameworks, and data-driven recruiting processes.
• Represent hirify.global in finance talent communities, industry events, alumni networks, and referral channels.
• Advise stakeholders on compensation insights, external talent partners, pipeline gaps, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on finance, front-office, or similarly competitive talent.
• Strong understanding of the London and European finance talent market.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates.
• Consultative partnership skills, including the ability to influence hiring strategy and coach senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches with high urgency and quality.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms such as Ashby, sourcing tools, and recruiting metrics.
