What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM teams from sourcing through to successful close.
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets.
• Build scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes.
• Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven market insights.
• Champion and scale recruiting best practices while adapting them to regional nuances.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical GTM functions.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers to maintain high talent density.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide managers in creating inclusive teams.
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in London and available to work from the office on anchor days (Mon, Tue, Thu).
