Recruitment Consultant Role (Data & AI)

Location: Wimbledon, Southwest London

Salary: £26,000 base plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source and interview professionals in the data industry.
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Develop business development skills, win new clients, and grow a recruitment desk.
• Progress from candidate-focused recruitment into 360 recruitment covering both clients and candidates.

• Confidence, motivation, and resilience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Interest in competition and performance-based rewards.
• Curiosity about how data and technology are transforming industries.
• Previous customer-facing or sales experience is helpful but not required.
