What you will do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
• Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data quality within the ATS.
• Contribute to recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS tools.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
