What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain high data quality and consistency within the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and process improvements as the team scales.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and ability to handle ambiguity.
