What you will do

• Build and execute scalable acquisition strategies to attract expert contributors in software engineering, healthcare, and finance.
• Own the end-to-end expert acquisition journey from sourcing and outreach through to onboarding.
• Design and optimize systems, processes, and playbooks to enable expert acquisition to scale efficiently.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve sourcing channels and funnel conversion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to support customer demand.
• Shape the mature expert acquisition function by introducing new ideas and scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building acquisition strategies for specialist talent or professional audiences.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience working with marketplaces, expert networks, or crowdsourcing platforms.
• Proven track record of building scalable sourcing strategies rather than executing existing processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to evaluate channel performance and funnel health.
• Experience using CRM, sourcing, and growth tooling with a focus on automation.
