What you will do

• Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, standard operating procedures, and instructional presentations.
• Deliver hands-on and classroom-based training to mechanics and technicians.
• Provide technical guidance for boiler repairs, job planning, and preparation across shop and field operations.
• Conduct root cause analyses of equipment and process failures and document findings.
• Plan, execute, and monitor technical and training-related projects.
• Coordinate daily updates and reporting with management while collaborating with shop and field personnel.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in mechanics, welding, boilers, or pipefitting.
• Experience with steam and hot water boilers, pipefitting, MIG welding, and stick welding.
• Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools and a strong understanding of safe work practices.
• Ability to deliver instruction and speak publicly, with strong technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the United States for training and field support.
