Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA; remote and telework are not available. No relocation assistance is provided.
Salary: $95,000β$110,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and relevant certifications.

What you will do
- Manage the NISSC II Risk Management Program in alignment with program objectives and customer requirements.
- Develop, document, evaluate, prioritize, and track Risks, Issues, and Opportunities with program stakeholders.
- Oversee mitigation activities and serve as the primary point of contact for approved RIO events.
- Schedule, facilitate, and document monthly Internal and Joint Risk and Opportunity Management Boards.
- Prepare risk board materials, leadership briefings, customer communications, and status reports.
- Lead customer-facing meetings, maintain customer relationships, and provide risk management training and guidance.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelorβs degree or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and certifications.
- At least 6 years of general work experience, including 5 years of directly related experience.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in Risks, Issues, and Opportunities management or an equivalent program/project management role.
- Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, independent work, and ability to manage complex competing tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience managing risk programs for Department of War contracts.
- Experience with risk management database systems in an information technology services and hardware environment.
- Experience improving and optimizing RIO management processes.
