What you will do

• Lead global cross-functional legal, compliance, risk management, and certification projects.
• Define project scopes, roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, action trackers, and status reporting.
• Coordinate Legal, Finance, Information Security, HR, Procurement, Operations, consultants, auditors, and certification bodies.
• Provide practical legal guidance and support contract review, drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Lead enterprise risk management activities, including the Risk Oversight Committee, risk documentation, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate SOC 2 certifications, supplier compliance programs, internal controls, and internal and external audits.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project management, project coordination, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Law degree and at least two years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, internal controls, audits, or certification projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong legal analysis, stakeholder coordination, process design, documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate legal, compliance, and risk requirements into practical implementation plans and work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC 2 or similar certification frameworks.
• Experience in an international or multi-entity business environment.
