What you will do

• Lead incorporation and other corporate projects from initiation through completion.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate legal, finance, compliance, and external stakeholders, including advisors, government agencies, and vendors.
• Monitor risks and issues and prepare regular updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Support project team members and promote effective collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in incorporation or legal projects.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with strategic planning, resource management, risk assessment, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software, including Jira.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Russian and English proficiency required; English at approximately B1–B2 level.
