What you will do

• Lead high-complexity initiatives and multi-workstream programs that impact organizational operations and strategic priorities.
• Drive execution strategy across functions by aligning stakeholders and resolving organizational barriers.
• Establish project governance structures, execution frameworks, and communication strategies.
• Anticipate and mitigate systemic risks, cross-functional dependencies, and operational constraints.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and junior team members to strengthen organizational execution maturity.
• Analyze portfolio trends and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
