What you will do

• Lead project delivery ensuring adherence to Global Project Management Methodology and local governance.
• Define requirements, success criteria, and milestones in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and comprehensive stakeholder communication.
• Manage project costs, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project profitability, utilization, and other key efficiency metrics (KPIs).
• Mentor and coach other members of the PMO team to support project functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing large teams and external customer-facing projects.
• Proven track record of on-time and on-budget delivery for complex projects involving multiple parties.
• Experience with technical solution implementation and managed services.
• Fluent/professional proficiency in Czech and English.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Prague, Czech Republic.
