What you will do

• Analyze training needs and create effective learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, multimedia resources using AI, and SME-led training.
• Manage training projects using an Agile approach to ensure timely delivery and adaptability.
• Create visually appealing instructional materials, including slide decks, job aids, and instructional videos.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions and workshops.
• Assess program effectiveness through evaluations and continuously improve the learning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in graphic or instructional design.
• 2+ years of experience with Articulate 360 suite (Rise & Storyline) or similar tools.
• Ability to facilitate technical workshops in an engaging manner, both virtually and in-person.
• English: C1 level (excellent oral and written communication).
• Knowledge of AI, e-learning best practices, and instructional systems design.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) such as WalkMe.
