Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do

• Design and deliver learning experiences for colleagues and partner networks in the transport sector.
• Identify capability gaps and create engaging solutions for products, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize a mix of digital, virtual, and face-to-face learning methods to drive measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Transport Platform, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure commercial relevance.
• Manage external learning suppliers and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives.
• Use performance data and learner feedback to evolve and improve training impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience designing learning programmes and coaching interventions within OEM partners, dealer networks, or similar customer-facing sectors.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical, commercial, or regulatory information into practical learning experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, Evolve, and LMS.
• Knowledge of customer journeys and customer experience (CX) within customer-facing environments.
• Project management experience leading complex learning initiatives.
