What you will do

• Deliver online and in-person training to schools, MATs, and partners.
• Consult with educational organizations to assess needs and optimize the utilization of the MIS.
• Provide managed services including new school year setups, assessments, and custom report creation.
• Design, own, and update training materials to keep them relevant to the fast-paced product.
• Conduct system audits and collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
• Travel regularly to national client sites and Arbor offices as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant background in the education sector with familiarity in school terminology and processes.
• Valid driving license.
• Must be based in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technology concepts to a range of non-technical users.
• Positive approach to troubleshooting and learning new systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Arbor or other Management Information Systems (MIS).
