Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and refine e-learning courses and training materials using scientific content provided by internal subject matter experts.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create engaging educational experiences.
• Ensure all training materials align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and internal processes.
• Review and update course content based on stakeholder feedback and product release cycles.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of materials.
• Create and edit professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience developing e-learning or digital training materials.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and its latest tools.
• Experience independently developing courses from SME documentation, scripts, or technical content.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Must be based in the United States, Australia, or the United Kingdom.

• Experience creating training content for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, or technology industries.
