Salary: $152,100 - $228,100 USD

What you will do

• Translate product roadmaps into data KPIs, targets, and measurement plans to guide feature development.
• Extract and integrate data from various sources, coordinating with engineering and data science teams.
• Lead A/B test experiments, including data validation, monitoring, and providing release recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive data segmentation and exploration to generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists to enhance analytics methodologies and analytical storytelling.
• Define and create automated self-serve dashboards to optimize business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Proven experience conducting experiments, including A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts like confidence intervals and hypothesis testing.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with quasi-experimental causal inference methodologies.
• Experience with user journey tools like Adobe Analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, or MicroStrategy.
