Product Analytics Manager (Streaming): Advancing streaming and ticketing platforms through product KPI definition, cross-platform behavioral analysis, and conversion optimization with an accent on Adobe Analytics, SQL, and experimentation. Focus on designing A/B tests, improving tracking and data quality, and translating funnel insights into product strategy.
Location: Hybrid role based at 10 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, California, United States; minimum three days per week in the office.
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, bonus-eligible.

What you will do
- Define and track product KPIs across feature adoption, conversion, engagement, and the full user lifecycle.
- Analyze user behavior across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms to improve content discovery and conversion.
- Evaluate product features, identify user-journey friction, and recommend enhancements that improve customer experience and revenue.
- Design and analyze A/B tests supporting conversion-focused product initiatives and purchase completion.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for product performance and funnel metrics.
- Partner with Product, Content, Marketing, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Implementation teams to improve tracking, data quality, and product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in media, entertainment, streaming, or digital commerce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for analyzing large-scale behavioral datasets.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Experience with engagement, content performance, conversion funnels, subscription, or transactional business models.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, data visualization, and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
