What you will do

• Manage reconciliation and balancing analyses for pool accounts and internal transactions.
• Prepare accurate summary reconciliation reports and highlight required actions.
• Investigate transaction issues, bank and internal cases, and customer claims.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve reconciliation issues and escalate unresolved risks.
• Improve reconciliation processes and maintain effective controls for daily and periodic activities.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and support ad hoc requests and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Five to eight years of experience in a similar reconciliation or finance operations role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and computerized ledger systems.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.
• Strong business acumen, diligence, entrepreneurial mindset, and collaboration skills.
