International Finance Manager

Location: Remote / Worldwide

We are looking for a hands-on International Finance Manager to coordinate and control financial operations across the group. This is not a purely managerial role — you will be directly involved in accounting, payments, reconciliations, reporting, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial records across all group entities.
• Coordinate local accountants and external accounting firms.
• Manage statutory audits and ensure financial documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and reconciliations.
• Execute company payments or coordinate them with local accountants.
• Monitor accounting, tax, audit, and payment deadlines.
• Support intercompany accounting and multi-currency operations.
• Maintain clear financial procedures and reporting.

Requirements

• Fluent professional English.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS.
• Strong financial literacy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with international companies or multiple legal entities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office / Excel skills.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable being directly involved in day-to-day financial operations.

ACCA, CIMA, CPA, IFRS qualifications or relevant professional courses are an advantage.
