What you will do

• Manage daily accounting responsibilities and perform bank reconciliations.
• Create journal entries and manage select ledger accounts across multiple entities.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare documentation and assist with financial audits and reviews.
• Analyze general ledger transactions to ensure accurate recording using technical judgment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize financial workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting, PCAOB, and SOX standards.
• Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, SumIF, and pivot tables.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and FloQast.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
