Senior Channel & Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity): Designing and executing channel and field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility across the DACH region with an accent on partner engagement and event organization. What you will do
- Design and organize events, including roadshows, trade fairs, and webinars, to boost visibility across the DACH region.
- Develop channel marketing initiatives in collaboration with MSPs, resellers, and insurance broker partners to generate demand.
- Increase brand presence through live and digital events, media, and thought leadership.
- Run regional campaigns and localize central content for email and content placements.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators, including leads, reach, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on channel marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (landing pages, email workflows, lead nurturing).
- Solid understanding of PR and communications within the German-speaking market.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for events and partner meetings.

- Experience working in a scale-up environment.
- Agency experience.
