What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid channels including Paid Search and Paid Social for DACH, France, and NOBE markets.
• Ensure message-match between ads and landing pages to drive conversion rates.
• Conduct end-to-end ownership of growth campaigns like ROI calculators from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with Pipeline Operations to align growth initiatives with pipeline quality.
• Perform continuous A/B testing of creatives, ads, and landing pages.
• Provide clean performance data for reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical understanding of funnel metrics and conversion data.
• Ability to execute campaigns independently with a hands-on mentality.
• Experience with landing page optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Clay.
• Knowledge of RevOps or Pipeline Operations functions.
• Prior experience in employee or internal communications niches.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
