Salary: $59,900 - $123,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Inventory & Asset Management technicians to ensure high operational standards.
• Oversee day-to-day inbound and outbound logistics processes and assess workflow patterns to meet timelines.
• Manage end-to-end project plans and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Supervise third-party vendors for secure data-bearing device (DBD) destruction to prevent data leaks.
• Process procurement requests for server, network, and Storage Area Network (SAN) requirements.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure strict compliance with PPE and heavy-equipment usage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience in IT warehouse, supply chain, or logistics.
• Ability to pass the hirify.global Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• Experience in inventory management, regulatory compliance, and logistics within an IT environment.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in IT logistics, including operation of heavy-load movement equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Certification in APICS, ASCM, or IAITAM.
