Warehouse Lead

Salary: $26–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy KPIs.
• Oversee receiving, material movement, and picking workflows while actively contributing to daily tasks.
• Manage inventory records, including cycle counts and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Collaborate with sales and production departments to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement process improvements, 5S standards, and maintain SOP documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse shipping environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Libertyville, IL.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a repetitive basis and work on feet for 8+ hours daily.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stand-Up Reach Trucks.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Familiarity with MS Teams.
