Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage supply chain processes for demand planning, inventory, and fulfillment for major retail and distribution accounts.
• Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) conversations with partners.
• Utilize an AI-forward approach to analyze sales, inventory, and market conditions to develop forecast plans.
• Collaborate with sales organizations to facilitate the attainment of quarterly revenue objectives.
• Act as the primary supply chain interface to manage performance and ensure vendor compliance.
• Analyze and report metrics to drive actions that optimize overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of supply chain/operations experience in North America eTail, Retail, or Distribution channels.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong expertise in forecasting and inventory modeling.
• Proven ability in relationship building, communication, and influencing internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of key retail service level metrics such as In-Stock, Fill Rate and Delivery Performance.

Nice to have

• Project management skills with the capability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) model/relationship.
