Associate General Manager (Logistics)

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States; fully in-person and onsite 4–5 days per week. Candidates must be based in the Baton Rouge area or be willing to relocate to the United States. Early morning or evening work may be required.

Salary: $80,000–$125,000 per year, excluding equity or variable pay where applicable.

What you will do

• Manage daily onsite operations to provide safe, reliable, and accessible transportation.
• Make real-time decisions regarding fleet operations, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected service issues.
• Manage the driver employee lifecycle, including scheduling, PTO approvals, inquiries, performance conversations, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate vehicle schedules to maintain sufficient service capacity and meet demand.
• Partner with city representatives, drivers, unions, community leaders, and local organizations.
• Use data and technology to evaluate performance, solve operational problems, improve efficiency, and lead driver development.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as an operations manager.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive experience leading support teams and developing employees.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and autonomous execution skills.
• Based in the Baton Rouge area or willing to relocate to the United States.
• Ability to work onsite 4–5 days per week, including possible early mornings or evenings.
