What you will do

• Manage daily onsite operations to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for riders.
• Make real-time decisions regarding fleet, driver supply, and compliance to maintain service excellence.
• Oversee the full driver employee lifecycle, including scheduling, performance management, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate as the operational bridge between city partners, unions, community leaders, and local organizations.
• Analyze service performance data to diagnose problems and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of drivers to foster a collaborative and energetic work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of experience in operations management.
• Must be based in the Baton Rouge, LA area or willing to relocate.
• Proven experience leading support teams and managing high levels of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt rapidly to change.
