About the role
Seedcamp, one of Europe’s leading early-stage venture capital funds and an early investor in companies such as Revolut, Wise, UiPath, Synthesia, and others, is looking for its first Head of Talent. This is a strategic role focused on helping portfolio companies build high-performing teams from the earliest stages through Series B.

Responsibilities
— Build and own Seedcamp’s Talent function, supporting founders across the portfolio.
— Advise founders on hiring strategy, organizational design, compensation benchmarking, employer branding, and critical executive hiring.
— Lead onboarding and engagement of new portfolio companies into Seedcamp’s talent support ecosystem.
— Build and manage a network of specialist advisors and operators.
— Develop talent communities across key European tech hubs.
— Challenge founders on hiring decisions and provide strategic talent guidance.
— Scale talent operations through systems, processes, and AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools.
— Partner closely with the investment team to strengthen Seedcamp’s value proposition to founders.

Requirements
— Experience leading Talent or People functions within startups, executive search, or a combination of both.
— Strong track record hiring engineering and technical talent.
— Ability to advise and challenge founders as a trusted strategic partner.
— Systems-thinking mindset with experience building scalable talent processes.
— Established network within at least one major European tech hub.
— High level of ownership, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
