What you will do

• Define and execute the TA strategy for BNA & GPSC, aligning with enterprise priorities to enable business growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives and HR leaders to influence workforce strategy and hiring priorities.
• Lead a multi-layered TA organization consisting of FTEs, contractors, and RPO partners.
• Scale the TA function by strengthening leadership capability and embedding analytics-driven decision making.
• Oversee the employer brand and candidate experience across all global touchpoints.
• Optimize TA technologies and the operating model to drive continuous improvement and scalability.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within a global, matrixed organization.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience managing large, multi-region or global teams.
• Must be based in Cambridge, MA.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable hiring models and influence executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15%).
