What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers across international locations to define hiring priorities and workforce plans.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer negotiation while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Build long-term talent pipelines and create sourcing campaigns for difficult-to-fill technical and commercial positions.
• Advise hiring managers using salary benchmarking, market insights, competitor intelligence, and recruitment metrics.
• Improve sourcing effectiveness, quality of hire, diversity, and hiring speed through new tools, automation, and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Significant recruitment experience in technology or software businesses.
• Proven success in proactive headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and Product professionals.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and X-Ray search skills.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and offer management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple international recruitment projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across EMEA and North America.
• Experience in SaaS, Energy Technology, Industrial Technology, or AI businesses.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing automation and AI recruitment tools.
