Compensation: $250K – $280K + Equity

hirify.global is building an AI Operating System for healthcare designed to eliminate administrative burdens for clinicians and automate patient and revenue workflows.

What you will do

• Own the full talent function end-to-end from headcount planning and sourcing strategy through onboarding.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business priorities into scalable hiring plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global recruiting team, setting execution standards and coaching.
• Define structured interview frameworks, calibration processes, and scorecards to ensure high-quality hiring.
• Manage the employer brand and end-to-end candidate experience to reflect company quality and speed.
• Build and maintain recruiting infrastructure, including ATS configuration, sourcing tools, and compensation benchmarking.

Requirements

• 12+ years in talent acquisition with at least 5 years leading a recruiting function at a high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrated experience scaling teams through high-velocity growth periods.
• Track record of hiring across EPD, GTM, G&A, and clinical or healthcare-adjacent functions.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building or rebuilding recruiting infrastructure, tooling, and processes.
• Prior experience at a health tech, digital health, or enterprise SaaS company strongly preferred.
