What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and review SaaS licenses, strategic partnerships, vendor agreements, and institutional trading contracts.
• Advise on corporate governance, entity management, Board of Directors materials, equity plans, restructurings, and intercompany agreements.
• Manage intellectual property protection, including trademarks, patent strategy, and third-party collaboration safeguards.
• Monitor digital asset and financial services regulations and advise on risks affecting commercial products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to launch compliant features and services.
• Support commercial disputes, regulatory inquiries, and internal legal policy development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution.
• Active admission to a State Bar and good standing are required.
• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally including top-tier law firm and in-house fintech or digital asset experience.
• Deep expertise in corporate law, commercial transactions, SaaS agreements, partnerships, and fintech regulations.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and global regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice for non-legal stakeholders.
