What you will do

• Lead and scale a Technical Consulting team responsible for complex integrations using Workato, Kombo, and similar iPaaS tools.
• Drive AI adoption to automate workflows, reduce administrative work, and accelerate integration development.
• Set technical standards, best practices, and build-versus-buy and partner-versus-internal decision frameworks.
• Develop technical capabilities across the team and oversee systems integrator onboarding and certification.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, pre-sales, and post-sales teams on connector roadmaps, feasibility, and integration scoping.
• Manage deep technical escalations and resolve customer and partner issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integrations-focused implementation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience architecting or overseeing integrations with Workato, Kombo, or similar iPaaS tools.
• Experience shipping integrations at scale rather than only one-off custom builds.
• Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption, automate workflows, and foster experimentation.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field is a plus.
