Salary: $202,000 - $278,000 (includes on-target incentive compensation).

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-concept activities for enterprise prospects.
• Own the technical relationship and customer health from initial onboarding through long-term expansion.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes for C-level stakeholders.
• Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and telemetry monitoring.
• Create professional technical content including white papers and blog posts to share expertise.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and act as a thought leader in cybersecurity and networking.

Requirements

• Must be based in Washington DC or able to commute for hybrid requirements.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions or Customer Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise in web security, networking (DNS, DDoS mitigation), and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to bridge technical details and business strategy.
• Authorization to work with technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global’s AI stack (Workers AI, AI Gateway, Vectorize).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom integration scripts and API connectors.
