• Manage ongoing relationships with brokers, insurers, and third-party providers across international markets.
• Coordinate benefit renewals and enrolments for employees globally, with primary operational support for the US and Canada.
• Collaborate with payroll, HRIS, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate premium remittance.
• Maintain updated process documentation and country-specific benefit overviews.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration.
• Multi-country exposure, specifically including the US and Canada.
• Experience working with benefit plan vendors and brokers in an international environment.
• English: Proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in the UK.
