What you will do

• Design and standardize global employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Build and maintain a global benefits framework, managing governance, eligibility, and vendor relationships.
• Audit HR processes to identify gaps and implement solutions for increased efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with HRIS and automation teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and automate workflows.
• Develop HR operational metrics and dashboards to track service quality and process performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR Operations specialists across lifecycle, benefits, and HRIS functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience with 2–3+ years in a senior HR Operations or C&B Lead role.
• Proven experience designing and scaling employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of global benefits management, governance, and cost optimization.
• Experience managing HRIS systems, improving data quality, and implementing process automation.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
• Must be based in Europe to align with regional operations.
