What you will do

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle in payroll systems, including onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments.
• Process time and attendance data, overtime, and on-call adjustments with high precision.
• Conduct compliance checks including RTI submissions, apprenticeship levy, and annual PAYE processes.
• Perform monthly payroll validation, variance analysis, and provide comprehensive reports to Finance.
• Maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and ensure regulatory compliance across all documentation.
• Manage immigration licensing, insurance supplier relationships, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
• Deep knowledge of payroll processes, RTI, P11D, PSA, and pension uploads.
• Strong expertise in HRIS and payroll systems with excellent data accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
