Director of Presales Engineering (Insurtech)

Location: Remote (Must be located in the US)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to align hirify.global’s capabilities with customer goals and requirements.
• Design and deliver customized demos and proposals that communicate a clear story of value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth through technical insight and solution design.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to guide future development.
• Manage RFI/RFP responses and lead proof of concept (PoC) projects.
• Configure and troubleshoot demo and trial environments to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Presales Engineer at a B2B SaaS company.
• 3+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry supporting a SaaS platform.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience working as a Python Backend Engineer.
• Experience as a Salesforce administrator.
