What you will do

  • Own the full commercial lifecycle, including renewals, churn forecasting, and expansion strategy for a portfolio of financial institutions.
  • Lead executive business reviews to discuss compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value.
  • Drive inbound expansion deals independently in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Assess account health and risk by analyzing adoption data and stakeholder signals.
  • Manage complex escalations and hold internal teams accountable for resolution.
  • Translate technical and operational updates into actionable narratives for clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid role).
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology, including communications and trade surveillance.
  • Understanding of global financial services regulatory environments and compliance mandates.
  • Proven experience in multi-stakeholder account management within regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong commercial lifecycle management skills for enterprise SaaS, including negotiation and retention strategy.
  • Ability to manage complex escalations and operational accountability with minimal supervision.
