What you will do
- Own the full commercial lifecycle, including renewals, churn forecasting, and expansion strategy for a portfolio of financial institutions.
- Lead executive business reviews to discuss compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value.
- Drive inbound expansion deals independently in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Assess account health and risk by analyzing adoption data and stakeholder signals.
- Manage complex escalations and hold internal teams accountable for resolution.
- Translate technical and operational updates into actionable narratives for clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid role).
- Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology, including communications and trade surveillance.
- Understanding of global financial services regulatory environments and compliance mandates.
- Proven experience in multi-stakeholder account management within regulated financial institutions.
- Strong commercial lifecycle management skills for enterprise SaaS, including negotiation and retention strategy.
- Ability to manage complex escalations and operational accountability with minimal supervision.
